Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Rossflat Septic wants everyone to be able to use rossflat.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people move through the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@rossflat.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@rossflat.garden and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Reach a local provider
Tell us what is going on with your septic or sewer system. We will point you to an independent local provider, and you decide with no obligation.
