How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Rossflat Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Rossflat Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, a good first step is usually to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Rossflat Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@rossflat.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
